Where does innovation come from?

Everywhere and anywhere. At HP, our technology helps change the lives of people the world over. So to us, diversity and inclusion are more than just talk. They’re intrinsic to our business and to our approach to innovation. (Visit our list of awards to see what we mean.) We know that bringing the best minds together means including men and women of different nations, cultures, ethnic groups, lifestyles, generations, backgrounds, skills and abilities. And we know that getting the best ideas from those individuals means listening to inspired thinking—no matter who offers it. Our technologies are uniting the world, creating a global community that reflects the HP work ethic: everyone contributes something unique to our overall success, and everyone is valued and supported for their efforts.
Young man and woman Diversity and inclusion are also woven into all our processes. We strive to create positive policies and practices to build a winning workplace and workforce. These include:
  • Harassment-free work environment
  • Open-door policy
