What do we offer?
Joining one of our teams for a set period of 12 months will give you the opportunity to transition from a brand new Graduate to a young Professional.
We will help you achieve this by putting a comprehensive development plan in place to ensure a structured learning blended with extensive on-the-job training.
At HP your career is in your hands, but you will be supported at every step by coaching and guidance from your manager, mentor and peers.
This Program is an integrated part of our staffing strategy and we expect graduates with a good performance record to be well prepared for employment with HP at the end of their development.
What do we expect from you?
For the Graduate Program we are currently looking for recent university Graduates who have completed a degree within the past 12 months and final year Students who will get a degree this academic year.
You can be a graduate in one of the following areas:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Engineering
- Business Studies
- Economics
- Other Technical or Business Administration degrees
Who are we looking for?

Technical Track:
Customer Services Engineer
IT Business Development Analyst
Technical Consultant
Non-technical Track:
Product Marketing Analyst
Sales Ops/Sales Analyst
