At HP, Onboarding is a process not an event. The process represents a partnership between Human Resources (HR), your manager, your Onboarding buddy, if your manager has assigned one, and you. While you wait to begin your new career, use this site to learn more about the HP company and the benefits and resources available to you as a new employee. The web site requires a login ID so if you weren’t provided one be sure to contact your recruiter. Once you have completed the pre-boarding tasks and you arrive in the office on day 1, you will be in the process of Onboarding to the company. The Onboarding program is designed to engage you, your manager and your Onboarding buddy, if your manager has assigned one, in providing you the best introduction to the company while helping increase your knowledge as you settle into your new role and organization. The goal is to provide you the best new employee experience during your first year with HP. Welcome aboard!
